fg65 Terms & Conditions – Read Before You Play

To register and maintain an account on fg65, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fg65 strictly prohibits use of the platform by persons under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must register only one account per person. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of associated balances and bonuses.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

fg65 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer to accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Colluding with other players, manipulating outcomes, engaging in match-fixing, or exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.

fg65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct provisions, the age restriction requirement, or the one-account-per-person rule.
• fg65 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player's account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The player requests account closure voluntarily. In this case, any remaining real-money balance after deduction of active bonus amounts will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within standard processing times.

All content on the fg65 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, software, and data — is the property of fg65 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any fg65 platform content without prior written authorisation from fg65.
• You may not use any fg65 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or that implies endorsement by fg65 of any product, service, or entity not operated by fg65.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the fg65 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through fg65's internal complaints process. Players may submit a complaint by contacting fg65 customer support at [email protected]. fg65 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties may seek resolution through mediation or other dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

fg65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fg65 will notify registered players by a notice posted on the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The amended Terms will take effect 7 days after notification for existing players. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
